⁵⁶ And aren’t all his sisters here with us? Where, then, did this man get all this?” ⁵⁷ So they took offense at him.

But Jesus said to them, “The only place a prophet isn’t honored is in his hometown and in his own house.”

⁵⁸ He didn’t work many miracles there because of their lack of faith.
